LANDAUER Direct Extranet Site Usage Charter

The purpose of this charter is to specify the terms and conditions of use of the extranet site developed by LANDAUER: LANDAUER Direct. By browsing this site, you agree to comply with the conditions below.

Preamble

LANDAUER provides its customers with an extranet site named LANDAUER Direct, which aims to enable them to manage their online dosimetry subscription.

The LANDAUER extranet site direct is accessible by the address www.landauerdirect.com . This service is strictly reserved for LANDAUER customers, natural or legal persons, who have subscribed to a dosimetric monitoring subscription and who hold a valid access code.

The charter of use can be modified at any time by the company LANDAUER. You are therefore advised to refer to the latest version of it. The charter of use comes into effect from the time it is put online.

Article 1 - Terms and conditions of access to the LANDAUER direct website

Acceptance of the charter of use

The access and the use of the site by any user, whether administrator of a subscription, mandated by this one or occupational doctor, implies the tacit acceptance of this charter.

1.2. How to assign an access code

The LANDAUER direct website is accessible through a unique access code. This code is personal and confidential. It consists of a login and a password. This code is required for each visit. When connecting to the site for the first time, the password must be changed.

Access codes are assigned on request :

- Or the administrator of a subscription to manage his dosimetric monitoring online. The latter is responsible for designating one or more natural persons as users (Competent Person in Radiation Protection or other) of LANDAUER direct
- Either your occupational doctor to consult the dosimetric results of your carriers.

Account Administrator

An access code is granted on request to any signatory to a new LANDAUER dosimetry subscription contract subject to the duly completed and signed subscription form. It is attributed to the administrator of the subscription, that is to the person signing the subscription contract, if necessary to the legal representative of the company.
For customers already in the account, fill in the access code request available on the LANDAUER direct home page. In this case, the applicant acknowledges being the signatory of the subscription contract of the account referred to, if necessary the legal representative of the company. It undertakes to provide LANDAUER with true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information and to maintain and regularly update its data.
After verification of the data, the applicant receives, by confidential e-mail, a login and a password.
LANDAUER reserves the right not to grant a request for an access code without being obliged to give reasons for its decision.

Occupational physician

An occupational physician may request access to LANDAUER direct to consult the dosimetric results of the carriers for whom he is in charge of medical follow-up. For this, he must make the request to our Customer Relations Department :

After verification of the data, the applicant receives, by confidential e-mail, a login and a password.

LANDAUER reserves the right not to grant a request for an access code without being obliged to give reasons for its decision.

1.3. Beneficiaries of this service

Three categories of people can benefit from this service:

- account administrator,
- competent person in radioprotection (PCR) or other users designated by the administrator,
- Occupational physician.


Access to the LANDAUER direct website is differentiated according to these profiles.
The administrator of a dosimetric subscription and the occupational doctor in charge of this account receive their access codes to LANDAUER direct after request from LANDAUER.

Charge the administrator to give access to the PCR or any other user depending on the level of access desired : consultation and / or management of all or part of the account.

To note, LANDAUER only manages the accesses "administrator" and "doctor of the work".

Account Administrator

Access to this service is subject to the personal registration of a natural person. It is attributed to the administrator of the subscription, that is to the person signing the subscription contract, if necessary to the legal representative of the company.

PCR or other users designated by the administrator

The account administrator with valid access to LANDAUER direct has the possibility of designating one or more natural persons responsible for dosimetry management so that they can access, under their sole responsibility, all or part of the service to which the latter has access. .

To do this, all you need to do is log in to your LANDAUER account and select "Your users" in the "Your space" menu. Charge him to create a user and manage his rights.

The administrator is the only one who can give access to other users.

LANDAUER can not be held responsible for the access and rights granted by the administrator of a subscription to a user, as well as the abusive or illicit use of the LANDAUER website direct by the latter.

Occupational physician

The occupational physician responsible for part or all of an account may request access to LANDAUER direct to view the dosimetric results of carriers exposed to ionizing radiation which he ensures medical follow-up.

LANDAUER reserves the right to terminate the access of a user-administrator, PCR or other users designated by the administrator, the occupational physician- to the LANDAUER site direct, even to delete his access code without being in the same place. obligation to give reasons for its decision.

LANDAUER may also unilaterally and at any time interrupt the provision of this service without prior notice. In any case, the end of the membership of the dosimetric monitoring service proposed by LANDAUER and the non-payment of bills related to dosimetry monitoring will result in the end of this service.

1.4. Modifying an access code

1.4.1. Change of access code

The access code password can be changed via the "Your profile" link in the menu. A confirmation email is sent to the address indicated on the user profile. The modification of the access code is taken into account during the next connection.

1.4.2. Loss, forgotten password

For security reasons, LANDAUER does not manage passwords attached to access codes.

In case of loss, of forgetting or when the confidentiality of an access code is not assured, it belongs to the holder:

- To request another one by means of the link «Forgot your password? »Available on the LANDAUER homepage direct,
- Change it if it is connected via the link "Your profile" in the menu.

The password sent following this request must be changed at the first login.

Article 2 - User commitment

2.1. Rules for using a computer system

The use of a computer system is subject to compliance with the law. Failure to do so is punishable by criminal penalties (imprisonment and / or fines), without prejudice to any damages and interest.

The following are reprehensible: all actions that have the effect of impeding the proper functioning of networks (internal or external) and servers (internal or external) and hindering their use or performance.

2.1.1. Computer fraud

Fraudulent access or retention in a computer system, falsification, alteration, deletion and introduction of information with intent to harm are considered offenses. The attempt of these offenses is subject to penalties (imprisonment and / or fines) (articles 226-21, 323-1 to 325-7 of the penal code)

2.1.2. Confidentiality and Respect for Individual Freedoms (Computer Law and Freedom 06/01/1978)

Any attempt to read or copy another user's file without authorization, any retention, disclosure of a personal data file without prior authorization is punishable by law (sections 226-16 and 226-22 of the Penal Code).

2.2. Rules for using LANDAUER direct website access codes

The access code allowing a user to connect to the LANDAUER direct website is personal and confidential. Any use of its identification elements by the user is done under its full responsibility. Consequently, the holder undertakes to keep secret the elements constituting his identification (login and password) and not to disclose them in any form whatsoever. He also undertakes not to hide his true identity and not to impersonate others.

In addition, LANDAUER direct allows a user to export information to an Excel spreadsheet.

In order to use this site, access to the Internet is required. The corresponding access fees are the responsibility of the user as well as the hardware necessary to ensure this connection.

2.3.2. Evidence of operations

The user recognizes that any operation carried out via LANDAUER direct after using his access code is attributable to him and that he refrains from challenging the origin. He is responsible for all the consequences of a transmission or manipulation error on his part.

LANDAUER may rely on a user, including for the purposes of proof, any act, fact or omission, data, files, records, operations of a nature or in computerized or electronic format or support, established, received or kept directly by LANDAUER in particular in its information systems. The elements considered have value of evidence.

2.3.3. Archiving documents

The archiving of documents on LANDAUER direct by a user does not remove the latter from the legal necessity of keeping certain paper documents. LANDAUER disclaims any liability for loss of data.

2.3.4. User behavior

The user undertakes not to divulge the information available on the LANDAUER direct website in the context of this charter.

Information, data, messages or other content made known to the public or transmitted privately are the sole responsibility of users.

The user agrees not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purpose all or part of the service, any use of the service or any right of access to the service.

As a reminder, the occupational physician is the sole decision-maker and the only one responsible for consulting the dosimetry data of carriers by the PCR or others.

Article 3 - LANDAUER's Commitment

3.1. Respect for the law

LANDAUER undertakes to respect all the provisions protecting the interests of third parties and public order and in particular to inform the public authorities of the illegal activities that it may observe when using its services (Article 43- 8 and 43-9 Act of 30 September 1986).

3.2. Service Availability

LANDAUER strives to maintain the service it offers, but is under no obligation to do so.

It can not be held responsible for the slowness or difficulties of access to the pages of the site because of the general conditions of operation of the access provider of the participant, the configuration of his post (browser up to date ...), and the congestion of the web network.

In addition, access may be interrupted for technical reasons of maintenance or security without LANDAUER being held responsible for the consequences of these interruptions for the user.

In the event of service interruption for any reason whatsoever, the user is always able to contact LANDAUER by any other means to carry out his operations.

3.3. Protection of the user's personal data
